Your Purchase, Protected.

MobileMatrix™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at PO Box 2225, Union City, CA 94587, warrants that products purchased directly from our online store will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty covers the original retail purchaser and includes parts and labor for covered repairs.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, ordinary battery capacity loss, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, improper storage, or use contrary to the product’s instructions.

Damage caused by third-party repairs, modifications, or incompatible accessories is excluded; their use alone does not void this warranty. Defective batteries and included accessories remain covered.

For a covered defect, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished product of equivalent or greater functionality, or refund the purchase price.

We will provide the remedy without charging for covered parts or labor and will cover reasonable, preauthorized shipping costs. Repairs and replacements remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or any longer period required by applicable law.

Contact us through our online store’s customer support page during the warranty period. Provide your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and any available supporting photos or videos.

We will provide troubleshooting assistance and return instructions when necessary. Please contact us before returning a product; do not ship products to our mailing address unless instructed. Product registration and original packaging are not required.
