4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, supply constraints, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
When required by law, we will provide notice and appropriate options if we cannot ship within the promised or legally required period.
Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law and by the carrier or transaction terms that apply to the shipment. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

We may moderate or remove user content, but we are not obligated to do so. We will not condition a refund on your agreement to withhold or remove an honest review.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, warranty, liability, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a lawsuit, you and MobileMatrix agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Send written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution to info@mobilepromatrix.com.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, it may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Where legally enforceable, the parties’ consent to the state and federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small-claims court or limits any consumer right that cannot be waived.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
